Report of the Camp

Dr.J.J.Magdum Ayurved Medical College has organized various camps under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. On 18th March 2023, Haemoglobin, Complete blood count, Blood group, Serum Calcium, Rheumatoid Factor test, and Blood Sugar level checking camp was conducted for people of Hasur, Tal- Shirol, Dist.-Kolhapur at Laxmi Mandir, Hasur. In this camp, the Hb% level of a total of 62 people, CBC of 3 people, Blood group of 5 people, the Serum calcium level of 1 person, Rheumatoid factor test of 1 person & BSL of 47 people of Hasur was checked. Hb% level was checked by Sahli’s method. BSL was checked with a glucometer. In this camp, members with low Hb% levels below the normal range and BSL more than the normal range were referred to Kayachikitsa and Panchkarma Dept. for further management.
