Report of the Camp

Dr.J.J.Magdum Ayurved Medical College had organized various camps and programs under “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav”. On 20th January 2022, there was a guest lecture on Life skills and Stress Management by Mr.Vinayak More, Sangli who is a member of Jeevan Vidya Mission, Mumbai. He delivered a speech regarding how we live without any stress. How to think positively about any situation in life? How to solve problems in your life? Action –Reaction theory. His lecture was very useful to all the staff including teaching, non-teaching, clerical, and Hospital staff in their day-to-day life. Facilitation of Mr.Vinayak More sir was done by Dr.Pramod Budruk sir, Principal of our college. A total of 20 students, 25 teaching staff, 15 non-teaching staff, and 15 hospital staff were present for the event.
